Energy Workshops
| To mark European Week for Waste Reduction, November 21st-25th, our third, fourth and fifth classes took part in a number of Energy Conservation Workshops, sponsored by Monaghan County Council. The girls learned a lot about harnessing energy to generate electricity. They especially enjoyed using their own energy to pedal a bicycle which in turn generated enough power to run a number of electricial items, including light bulbs and a smoothie maker! |  |
